不同信息素配方对烟田玛绢鳃金龟成虫的诱捕效果OA
Trapping efficacy of different pheromone formulas on adult Maladera spp.in tobacco fields
为筛选适宜诱捕烟田玛绢鳃金龟成虫的高效信息素配方,采用琼脂胶包结缓释技术,以苯乙醛、香叶醇、2-甲基丁酸乙酯、乙酸异丁酯和乙酸苄酯为活性组分,配制了4种二元和3种三元复合信息素引诱剂.通过在贵州毕节烟田开展系统的田间诱捕试验,比较了不同配方的诱捕效果.结果表明,不同配方诱捕效果差异显著,三元复合配方整体优于二元复合配方.其中,配方BXY(苯乙醛∶香叶醇∶乙酸异丁酯=3∶1∶1,质量比)对玛绢鳃金龟成虫的诱捕效果最佳,单个诱捕器平均诱虫量为5.9头.配方BYE(苯乙醛∶乙酸异丁酯∶2-甲基丁酸乙酯=3∶1∶1)则对阔胫玛绢鳃金龟的特异性最强,单个诱捕器平均诱虫量为4.1头.以苯乙醛为核心的三元信息素配方对玛绢鳃金龟成虫具有较好的诱捕效果.其中,BXY配方可作为烟田玛绢鳃金龟成虫防控的引诱剂.
To screen effective pheromone formulas suitable for trapping Maladera spp.adults in tobacco field,agar-gel encapsulation slow-release technology was employed,and phenylacetaldehyde,geraniol,ethyl 2-methylbutyrate,isobutyl acetate and benzyl acetate was used as active components to prepare 4 binary and 3 ternary constituent pheromone attractants.The trapping efficacy of different formulas was compared by conducting systematic field trapping experiments in tobacco fields in Bijie,Guizhou.The results showed that there were significant differences in trapping efficacy among the test formulas,and the ternary formulas were overall superior to the binary ones.Among them,formula BXY(phenylacetaldehyde:geraniol:isobutyl acetate=3∶1∶1,mass ratio)exhibited the best trapping efficacy for Maladera spp.,and the average number of adults trapped per trap was 5.9.Formula BYE(phenylacetaldehyde∶isobutyl acetate∶ethyl 2-methylbutyrate=3∶1∶1)exhibited the highest specificity for Maladera verticalis,with an average of 4.1 adults trapped per trap.The ternary pheromone formulas with phenylacetaldehyde as the core component showed good trapping potential for Maladera spp.adults.Among them,formula BXY can be used as an attractant for the control of Maladera spp.adults.
