How is Autonomy Possible:The Evolutionary Pathway and Methodology of Constructing an Independent Knowledge System for Information Resources Management in China(1978-2025)
探讨1978-2025 年间我国信息资源管理学科构建自主知识体系的路径与方法论演进,提出从内核、方法、规范、话语四个维度分析学科自主性,并揭示其经历了从本体性自觉(批判性重塑核心概念)到方法论自立(在解决超大规模本土实践中创新方法)再到范式性引领(贡献具有普遍意义的中国智慧与方案)的辩证发展过程.研究指出,学科自主性根植于国家战略需求与本土复杂实践的双重驱动,通过技术吸收与本土改造、理论思辨与工程实践相结合的具体路径得以实现,其最终目标在于服务国家发展并参与全球学术对话.
This study explores the evolutionary pathway and methodology of constructing an independent knowl-edge system for the discipline of Information Resources Management in China from 1978 to 2025.It proposes analy-zing disciplinary autonomy through four dimensions:the knowledge core,methodology,norms,and discourse.The study reveals that this autonomy has undergone a dialectical developmental process,evolving from"ontological con-sciousness"to"methodological self-reliance",and finally toward"paradigmatic guidance".The study indicates that the discipline's autonomy is rooted in the dual drivers of national strategic demands and complex local practices,and is re-alized through specific pathways such as technological absorption and local adaptation,as well as the integration of theoretical reflection and engineering practice,ultimately aiming to serve national development and engage in global academic dialogue.
