HB7-18防裂剂与PVA纤维抗裂材料对面板混凝土性能影响研究OA
Study on Influence of HB7-18 Anti-Cracking Agent and PVA Fiber Anti-Cracking Materials on Performance of Panel Concrete
针对大渡河金川水电站薄壁面板混凝土防裂问题,在基准混凝土中分别掺入HB7-18防裂剂和PVA纤维,对两种抗裂混凝土的力学性能、耐久性能、变形性能和抗裂性能进行试验研究,分析抗裂材料对面板混凝土性能的影响.试验结果表明:与基准混凝土相比,HB7-18防裂剂与PVA纤维混凝土均能有效提升面板混凝土的抗裂性能与综合耐久性.鉴于面板混凝土对早期抗裂性能的高要求,PVA纤维在保障结构施工质量与长期稳定性方面更具适配性,推荐掺PVA纤维混凝土作为金川水电站面板混凝土施工配合比方案.
In response to the cracking issue of thin-walled slab concrete at the Jinchuan Hydropower Station of Dadu River,HB7-18 anti-cracking agent and PVA fibers were incorporated into the benchmark concrete,respectively.Experimental studies were conducted on the mechanical properties,durability,deformation properties,and crack resistance of the two types of anti-cracking concrete,analyzing the impact of anti-cracking materials on the performance of panel concrete.The test results indicate that compared to the benchmark concrete,both HB7-18 anti-cracking agent and PVA fiber concrete can effectively enhance the anti-cracking performance and overall durability of panel concrete.Given the high demand for early-age anti-cracking performance in panel concrete,PVA fiber is more compatible in ensuring construction quality and long-term stability of the structure.It is recommended to use PVA fiber concrete as the mix design for the panel concrete construction of the Jinchuan Hydropower Station.
