近年来我国缺血性脑血管病的血管再通治疗及二级预防诊疗水平稳步提升,但缺血性脑卒中仍具有较高致残率与复发率,临床现有治疗手段有限,亟需探索安全有效的新型治疗方案.增强型体外反搏(EECP)用于冠心病治疗已有充足循证医学证据,临床应用日趋广泛.多项研究表明,EECP 在缺血性脑血管病治疗中展现出良好应用前景.本文系统综述 EECP 在缺血性脑血管病领域的最新研究进展,旨在为其深入基础研究与临床转化应用提供参考.

In recent years,the level of vascular recanalization treatment and secondary prevention for ischemic cerebrovascular disease in China has steadily improved.However,ischemic stroke still carries a high rate of disability and recurrence,and current clinical treatments remain limited,necessitating the exploration of safe and effective new therapeutic approaches.Enhanced external counterpulsation(EECP)has sufficient evidence from evidence-based medicine for the treatment of coronary artery disease and is increasingly used clinically.Numerous studies have demonstrated that EECP has promising application prospects in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.This article systematically reviews the latest research progress of EECP in this field,aiming to provide a reference for further basic research and clinical translation.
