基于主元分析的电容式电压互感器计量性能在线评估方法OA
Online Evaluation Method for Measurement Performance of Capacitive Voltage Transformers Based on Principal Component Analysis
针对电容式电压互感器(CVT)计量评估系统计量特性分析不够全面、精准的问题,提出一种基于改进主元分析算法的CVT计量性能在线评估方法.在数据分析模块中,将传统主元分析算法与样本点更新算法和数据块更新算法相结合,提高算法的效率和适应性.在故障诊断模块引入交叉小波变换技术,利用时频域分析对故障特征进行提取,通过主元分析对特征进行降维处理,以有效减少噪声干扰,提高故障诊断的准确性.对大量CVT计量数据进行优化,通过并行计算等手段,进一步提高系统的处理效率和实时性.实验证实,所提出的方法在处理大规模数据时耗时较少,异常检测准确率高达98%,且对CVT计量数据的误判率较低,能满足复杂电网环境下的测量需求.
In view of the incomplete and inaccurate analysis of the measurement features of the capacitive voltage transformer(CVT)measurement evaluation system,a CVT measurement performance online evaluation method based on improved princi-pal component analysis algorithm is proposed.In the data analysis module,the traditional principal component analysis algo-rithm is combined with the sample point update algorithm and the data block update algorithm to improve the efficiency and adaptability of the algorithm.In the fault diagnosis module,the cross wavelet transform technology is introduced,the fault fea-tures are extracted by time-frequency domain analysis,and the dimensionality of the features is reduced by principal component analysis,which effectively reduces the noise interference and improves the accuracy of fault diagnosis.A large number of CVT measurement data are optimized,and the processing efficiency and real-time performance of the system are further improved by means of parallel calculation.The experiment proves that the proposed method takes less time to process large-scale data,the accuracy of anomaly detection is as high as 98%,and the misjudgment rate of a large number of CVT measurement data is low,which can meet the measurement needs in complex power grid environment.
