铁路基础设施检测监测数据质量是行车安全与智能运维的关键保障.本研究构建"通用理论-行业借鉴-铁路适配"分析框架,系统梳理数据质量评价的研究进展,从评价视角的多元选取、评价指标的专业化构建、评价方法的智能迭代3个核心维度,阐释从通用框架到铁路专业适配的路径与挑战.研究发现,当前存在理论体系不完善、专业指标缺失、评价方法与业务融合不足等问题.提出应构建多视角融合的系统性评价框架,研发行业特色量化指标、过程指标与效能指标,发展领域知识引导的混合智能评价方法,推动数据质量评价与运维价值提升的深度融合,为构建铁路基础设施检测监测数据质量评价体系提供理论支撑.

The quality of railway infrastructure inspection and monitoring data is a crucial prerequisite for ensuring train operation safety and enabling intelligent operation and maintenance.This study constructed an analytical framework encompassing"general theory,industry reference,and railway adaptation"and systematically reviewed the research progress in data quality assessment.By focusing on three core dimensions,including the diversified selection of assessment perspectives,the professional construction of assessment indicators,and the intelligent iteration of assessment methods,this study elucidated the pathways and challenges involved in adapting generic frameworks to railway-specific scenarios.The results show that current assessment approaches face several challenges,including an incomplete theoretical system,a lack of professional indicators,and insufficient integration between assessment methods and operational practices.Therefore,it is proposed that a systematic,multi-perspective assessment framework be established,industry-specific quantitative,process,and efficiency indicators be developed,and domain knowledge-guided hybrid intelligent assessment methods be promoted to further integrate data quality assessment with improvement in maintenance performance.This study provides theoretical support for establishing a quality assessment system for railway infrastructure inspection and monitoring data.
