铁路运输系统中的调度指挥系统是确保铁路网络顺畅运行的核心环节,其关键任务在于协调、管理和监督列车的活动,以实现列车运行的安全和高效.然而,由于铁路列车调度工作的复杂性和管理难度,事故发生的概率可能会因此而上升.铁路事故往往是多重安全风险因素叠加影响的结果,通常具有不可预见性和突然性,一旦发生,可能造成极为严重的影响.鉴于此,对铁路列车调度指挥系统进行深入的风险分析研究显得极为关键,这不仅有助于降低事故发生的风险,也是提升铁路运输系统安全管理水平的重要措施.现有研究在单一风险因子分析上较为成熟,但多因素耦合效应、动态场景适应性及跨学科整合仍存在不足.系统梳理了铁路列车调度指挥系统风险分析的研究进展,从风险独特性分析、智能化调度带来的新风险以及风险分析模型与方法3个方面总结了国内外成果.最后,对国内外研究现状进行了评述,并进一步展望了铁路列车调度指挥系统风险分析研究的研究趋势,可为铁路列车调度指挥系统风险分析研究提供一定参考.
The dispatching and command system in the railway transportation system is the core link to ensure the smooth operation of the railway network,and its key task is to coordinate,manage,and supervise train activities to achieve the safety and efficiency of train operation.However,due to the complexity and management difficulty of railway train dispatching work,the probability of accidents may increase as a result.Railway accidents are often the result of the superimposed influence of multiple safety risk factors,usually featuring unpredictability and suddenness.Once they occur,they may cause extremely serious impacts.In view of this,conducting in-depth risk analysis research on the railway train dispatching and command system is extremely crucial.This not only helps to reduce the risk of accidents but also is an important measure to enhance the safety management level of the railway transportation system.The existing research is relatively mature in the analysis of a single risk factor,but there are still deficiencies in multi-factor coupling effects,adaptability to dynamic scenarios,and interdisciplinary integration.This paper systematically reviewed the research progress of risk analysis on the railway train dispatching and command system and summarized the Chinese and international achievements from three aspects:risk uniqueness analysis,new risks brought by intelligent dispatching,and risk analysis models and methods.Finally,the Chinese and international research status was reviewed,and the research trends of risk analysis research on the railway train dispatching and command system were further prospected,which can provide certain references for the risk analysis research on the railway train dispatching and command system.
