桥梁抗倾覆加固措施实践与应用研究OA
Research on Practice and Application of Anti-overturning Reinforcement Measures for Bridges
针对独柱墩桥梁在偏载作用下易发生横向倾覆的现实问题,提出一种以增强墩柱截面与增设梁端限位设施为核心的抗倾覆加固措施.该加固措施首先对原墩柱进行增大截面处理,提高其抗弯刚度;其次在梁端增设钢质限位装置,约束梁体横向位移;同时采用同步顶升技术更换并设置新型抗拉支座,通过全过程应变与位移监测确保施工安全.结果表明:上述加固措施在不改变原有结构受力体系的前提下,显著提升了桥梁抗倾覆安全系数,经实桥验证,横向倾覆临界荷载提高约35%,梁端横向位移有效控制在5 mm以内.该研究提出的加固措施兼具施工扰动小、可逆性强的特点,为同类独柱墩桥梁的抗倾覆改造提供了可靠技术路径.
To address the practical problems of prone to lateral overturning of single-column pier bridges under ec-centric loads,an anti-overturning reinforcement measure centered on pier column section enhancement and beam-end restraining devices is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the reinforcement measure involves enlarging the cross-section of original pier columns to improve the flexural rigidity;Secondly,steel limiting devices in installed at the end of the beam to restrain lateral displacement;At the same time,the synchronous jacking technology is applied to replace and set new tension-resistant bearings to ensure construction safety by full-process strain and displacement monitoring.Results show that the reinforcement measures significantly improve the anti-overturning safety coeffi-cient without altering the original structural force system.The real bridge verifies that the critical transverse over-turning load is increased by about 35%,and the lateral displacement at beam ends is effectively controlled within 5 mm.The proposed reinforcement measures features minimal construction disturbance and strong reversibility,of-fering a reliable solution for similar single-column pier bridges.
