基于"交通+旅游"融合的公路慢行交通系统研究OA
Research on the Slow Traffic System of Highways Based on the Integration of Transportation and Tourism
随着"交通+旅游"融合发展趋势和绿色低碳理念的深入,公路慢行系统的规划建设已成为提升沿线品质、促进区域可持续发展的重要路径.聚焦国道G318公路上海段西段,针对其沿线丰富的"沪派水乡"自然和人文资源,提出了以"沪派水乡·最美国道"为主题,推动该路段从单一交通干线向集交通、生态、文化、旅游功能于一体的复合型廊道转型.通过借鉴欧洲文化之路和区域骑行路网体系的规划理念,构建了该路段"一道、七彩、六章、十律"的总体空间框架,并提出了包含3级速度分区与7条主题骑行环线的慢行交通系统优化方案,以及"底线勾勒"和"多彩绘连"两大实施策略.研究成果旨在为国道G318公路上海段西段的慢行系统建设提供系统性的规划指引,也为我国普通国道的功能升级、复合型发展提供可资借鉴的理论和实践参考.
With the deepening of the"transportation+tourism"integrated development trend and the green and low-carbon concept,the planning and construction of slow traffic systems of highways have become an important pathway for enhancing the quality of roadside areas and promoting sustainable regional development.Focusing on the western section of the national highway G318 in Shanghai,according to the rich natural and cultural resources of the"Shang-hai-style Water Towns"along the route,the theme of"Shanghai-style Water Towns·The Most Beautiful National Highway"was proposed to transform this section from a single transportation artery into a multi-functional corridor integrating transport,ecology,culture and tourism.By borrowing the planning concepts from European cultural routes and regional cycling road network system,an overall spatial framework is established—referred to as"One Corridor,Seven Colors,Six Chapters,and Ten Principles".An optimization plan of slow traffic system is proposed,including three speed zones and seven themed cycling loops,as well as two major implementation strategies of"Baseline Delineation"and"Colorful Connection."The findings aim to provide systematic planning guidance for the construction of slow traffic systems along the western section of the national highway G318 in Shanghai,and offer theoretical and practical references for the functional upgrading and composite development of ordinary national highways in China.
