基于均值偏移算法的供水泵站液控止回蝶阀关闭振动控制OA
Closing Vibration Control of Hydraulic Control Check Butterfly Valve in Water Supply Pumping Station Based on Mean Shift Algorithm
为了降低液控止回蝶阀的关闭振动幅度,提出基于均值偏移算法的供水泵站液控止回蝶阀关闭振动控制方法.先对液控止回蝶阀的工作状态进行湿模态分析,确定阀门的质量与刚度矩阵.再根据阀门的质量与刚度矩阵结合均值偏移算法对液控止回蝶阀的运行参数进行跟踪,判断液控止回蝶阀在关闭时是否出现了振动情况.当出现振动情况后采用模糊控制器,以液控止回蝶阀运行参数的实际值与理想值的偏差和偏差率作为输入,通过模糊推理及解模糊得到精确的液控止回蝶阀控制值,完成液控止回蝶阀的振动控制.实验结果表明液控止回蝶阀在关闭时,随着开度的减小,流速会明显增快;均值偏移算法能够有效地监测液控止回蝶阀的运行参数,并判断液控止回蝶阀是否出现振动;所提出的方法能够将液控止回蝶阀关闭振动振幅降低至3 mm以下.
In order to reduce the closing vibration amplitude of the hydraulic control check butterfly valve,a control method for the closing vibration of the hydraulic control check butterfly valve in the water supply pumping station based on the mean shift algorithm is proposed.This paper analyzes the working status of the hydraulic control check butterfly valve and conducts wet modal analysis to determine the quality and stiffness matrix of the valve.Based on the quality and stiffness matrix of the valve combined with the mean shift algorithm,the operating parameters of the hydraulic control check butterfly valve are tracked to identify the vibration when the valve is closed.If vibration occurs,a fuzzy controller is used to input the deviation and deviation rate between the actual and ideal operating parameters of the hydraulic control check butterfly valve.Through fuzzy reasoning and deblurring,the precise control value of the hydraulic control check butterfly valve is obtained,the vibration control of the hydraulic control check butterfly valve is completed.The experimental results show that when the hydraulic control check but-terfly valve is closed,the flow rate will significantly increase with the decrease of opening degree.The mean shift algorithm can effectively monitor the operating parameters of the hydraulic control check butterfly valve and identify the vibration in the valve.The proposed method can reduce the closing vibration amplitude of the hydraulic check butterfly valve within 3 mm.
