Research on the Development of Digital Supply Chains for Vegetables in China
我国是全球最大的蔬菜生产、贸易与消费国,但蔬菜产业大而不强的问题长期存在,传统供应链面临效率低下、损耗严重、供需错配、质量安全监管难等系统性痛点.数字技术的深度渗透为蔬菜产业转型升级提供了核心驱动力,推动供应链从传统线性模式向数字化、智能化、生态化模式演进.本文系统阐述了我国蔬菜数字供应链的核心内涵、特征与架构,总结了发展成效,并通过对比国内外典型案例,提炼了不同发展模式的成功经验与差异化启示;深入剖析了其在供应链模式转型、全产业链协同、金融支撑、流通格局、市场体系及技术应用等方面面临的核心挑战;前瞻性总结了技术深度融合向"产业智能体"跃迁,组织形态重构为生态化网络协同,价值链延伸拓展至多产融合服务,发展目标升级为韧性、绿色与全球化协同的发展趋势;最后从构建分布式产业生态、完善数字治理体系等维度提出了发展路径.研究成果为我国蔬菜数字供应链高质量发展提供了理论参考和实践指导,对保障国家农产品供给安全、促进乡村振兴与农业农村现代化具有重要现实意义.
China is the world's largest producer,trader,and consumer of vegetables,yet the vegetable industry has long been large but not strong.Traditional supply chains face systemic pain points such as low efficiency,severe losses,supply-demand mismatches,and difficulties in quality and safety supervision.The deep penetration of digital technologies has provided a core driving force for the transformation and upgrading of the vegetable industry,propelling the evolution of supply chains from traditional linear models to digital,intelligent,and ecological models.This paper systematically elaborates on the core connotation,characteristics,and architecture of China's digital vegetable supply chain,summarizes development achievements,and extracts successful experiences and differentiated insights from different development models through comparative analysis of typical domestic and international cases.It further analyzes in depth the core challenges in terms of supply chain model transformation,whole-industry-chain coordination,financial support,distribution patterns,market systems,and technology application.It prospectively summarizes development trends:deep technology integration advancing toward an'industry intelligent agent',organizational forms restructuring into ecological network collaboration,value chain extension into multi-industry integrated services,and development goal upgrading toward resilience,greenness,and global coordination.Finally,development paths are proposed from the dimensions of building a distributed industrial ecosystemim,proving the digital governance system,and so on.The research findings can provide theoretical references and practical guidance for the high-quality development of China's digital vegetable supply chain,and hold significant practical implications for ensuring national agricultural product supply security,promoting rural revitalization,and advancing agricultural and rural modernization.
