Research Progress on Deep Sludge Dewatering Technology for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant

利用物理或者化学手段对城镇污水处理厂污泥进行减量化处理是后续污泥处理处置及其资源化利用的重要环节.围绕热干化技术、生物干化技术、电脱水技术、低温真空脱水干化技术的基本原理、影响因素多方面展开论述,以探究适用于不同应用场景的污泥高效深度脱水技术.在能耗、环境影响、经济成本、安全性能等各方面,4项技术各有其优点,但同时也存在着待优化的问题,制约着其发展与实际应用.因此,4项技术的特点与应用场景有所不同,在选择污泥深度脱水技术时,需综合全面地考虑各项因素,以选择最佳的技术,实现污泥处理的高效性、经济性和环境友好性.

The reduction treatment of sludge in municipal wastewater treatment plants by physical or chemical meth-ods is a critical step for the subsequent treatment,disposal,and resource utilization of sludge.The basic principles and influencing factors of thermal drying,biological drying,electro-dewatering,and low-temperature vacuum de-watering and drying technologies were discussed to explore deep efficient dewatering technologies suitable for differ-ent application scenarios.All the four technologies have merits respectively in terms of energy consumption,environ-mental impact,economic cost,and safety performance,as well as drawbacks to be optimized,which restrict their development and practical application.Therefore,the four technologies differ in characteristics and application sce-narios.During the selection of sludge deep dewatering technologies,various factors should be comprehensive con-sidered to choose the optimal technology and achieve efficient,economical,and environmentally friendly sludge treatment.
