基于ESG理念的城市更新绩效评价的组态路径分析OA

With China's urbanization entering a stage of quality upgrading of existing resources,urban renewal has become a critical pathway to high-quality urban development.Traditional approaches have limitations in addressing complex and diverse objectives,with an urgent need for a systematic performance evaluation framework and method-ological support.Based on the environmental,social,and governance(ESG)concept,a performance evaluation system was constructd for urban renewal projects.Combined with the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)method,the combined impact mechanisms of multi-dimensional conditional variables on urban renewal performance was explored through a questionnaire survey from 34 domain experts.The findings reveal that high performance is"governance-environment driven"path,"environment-social responsibility driven"path,and the"comprehensive coordinated"path,which is corresponding to different resource endowments and governance contexts.From a con-figurational perspective,the research reveals the synergistic and substitution effects among ESG factors,providing a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the differentiated and systematic promotion of urban renewal.
