现代发酵工程理论与实践课程作为高等教育中的重要组成部分,在培养生物工程专业学生综合能力和实践操作能力方面具有重要意义.然而,传统的现代发酵工程理论与实践课程存在着教学资源匮乏、实践操作难度大、自我封闭等问题.为了解决这些问题,该研究通过建设现代发酵工程理论与实践课程虚拟教研室,结合现代教育技术手段,探索了一种新的教学模式.本文主要从现代发酵工程理论与实践课程虚拟教研室平台建设、师生互动与评价机制、应用效果等方面加以介绍,并对该模式的可行性和优势进行了讨论和分析.

As an important part of higher education,the course of modern fermentation engineering theory and practice plays an important role in cultivating students' comprehensive ability and practical operation ability.However,there are some problems in the traditional course of modern fermentation engineering theory and practice,such as lack of teaching resources,difficulty in practice and isolation from external resources.In order to solve these problems,the research explored a new teaching mode by building a virtual teaching and research room for the course of modern fermentation engineering theory and practice.This study mainly introduces the construction of virtual teaching and re-search room platform,the interaction between teachers and students and the evaluation mechanism,the application effect and so on,the fea-sibility and advantages of this model are discussed and analyzed.
