为系统评估兴安杜鹃野生种群的资源现状,揭示其濒危机制,并基于多维数据提出科学可行的综合保护策略.基于形态解剖、生理生态、种群分布与遗传多样性等多源数据,通过整合生命表分析、生态位评估、叶绿体序列与SSR标记解析,系统评估兴安杜鹃种群资源现状,并结合气候、生境与人为干扰等多维胁迫因子构建其濒危风险评估框架.野生兴安杜鹃呈现明显的生境破碎化与空间隔离格局,基因流受阻导致群体间遗传分化加剧.其生存依赖寒湿环境,对增温趋势高度敏感,物候提前可能造成生殖阶段时序不匹配,浅根型结构在暖冬情景下风险增加.模型预测未来适生区将显著缩减,并向更高纬度和高海拔迁移.人类活动进一步降低生境质量,使物种在气候压力和干扰叠加下呈持续衰退趋势.兴安杜鹃已处于多重压力叠加的濒危边缘,应以提升栖息地连通性为核心,强化法律监管、公众教育和迁地保护,完善种质资源保存体系.推进破碎生境修复与生态廊道建设,加强气候响应监测,推广人工繁育以减轻采挖压力,并利用分子标记辅助选择挖掘关键抗逆基因,以实现物种保护与可持续利用的协同发展.

To systematically assess the current status of wild Rhododendron dauricum populations,elucidate their endangerment mecha-nisms,and propose scientifically grounded conservation strategies based on multidimensional data.Based on multi-source data including morphological anatomy,physiological ecology,population distribution,and genetic diversity,we systematically assessed the current status of Rhododendron dauricum L.population resources by integrating life table analysis,ecological niche evaluation,and analysis of chloroplast sequences and SSR markers.Furthermore,we constructed a framework for assessing its endangerment risk by incorporating multidimen-sional stress factors such as climate,habitat conditions,and human disturbances.Wild R.dauricum populations exhibit marked habitat frag-mentation and spatial isolation,with restricted gene flow accelerating genetic differentiation among groups.The species depends on cold and humid environments and is highly sensitive to warming,with phenological advances potentially causing reproductive asynchrony.Its shallow root system also faces elevated risk during warm winters.Model simulations indicate that future suitable habitats will shrink sub-stantially and shift toward higher latitudes and elevations.Human activities further degrade habitat quality,driving a continued decline under combined climatic and anthropogenic pressures.R.dauricum is already on the verge of endangerment under multiple overlapping stressors.Conservation efforts should prioritize improving habitat connectivity,strengthening legal regulation,public education,and ex situ conser-vation,and enhancing germplasm preservation.Restoration of fragmented habitats,construction of ecological corridors,and strengthened climate-response monitoring are essential.Artificial propagation should be promoted to reduce harvesting pressure,and molecular marker-assisted selection should be applied to identify key stress-resistance genes,facilitating coordinated progress in species protection and susta-inable utilization.
