重载超高温超高压尾管固井工具的研制与应用OA

我国首口万米科探井——SDTK1井在钻完井过程中处于超深、超高温、超高压、超重载的极端井下条件,四开、五开井段裸眼段长而在尾管下放过程面临中途顶通、循环次数多等技术挑战,极易导致固井失败.为了解决上述问题,基于"下得去、挂得牢、丢得开、封得严、隔得开、起得出"的技术思路,系统开展了尾管悬挂器、浮箍、浮鞋及钻杆胶塞等关键固井工具的结构完整性分析与密封可靠性研究,形成了一套重载超高温超高压尾管固井技术.研究结果表明:①对尾管悬挂器进行整机结构加强设计,实现了"下得去";②采用双级独立传液启动坐挂机构,确保悬挂器坐挂功能成功实施,实现了"挂得牢";③采用单线大螺距丢手机构及新型衔合式伴随防砂罩,确保固井施工结束后快速起出送入钻具,实现了"丢得开";④高可靠性密封浮箍、浮鞋确保单流阀密封可靠,实现了"封得严";⑤优选钻杆胶塞材料并优化结构,实现了"隔得开";⑥采用"光管式"中心管,实现了"起得出".结论认为,该套技术有效解决了超深、超高温、超高压、超重载等极端井下条件的固井难题,在SDTK1井四开、五开井段应用效果良好,为国内超深井油气开发提供了技术支撑并助推了国产固井工具迭代升级.

Well SDTK1 is China's first myriametre scientific exploration well.There exists extreme downhole conditions,including ultra-deep,ultra-high temperature,ultra-high pressure,and ultra-heavy load,in its drilling and completion.Moreover,it faces technical challenges caused by long open holes of the fourth and fifth spud sections,such as premature circulation and multiple circulation operations during liner running,which are highly likely to induce cementing failure.To address these challenges,based on the technical concept of"smooth RIH,firm setting,free release,tight sealing,reliable isolation,and effective POOH",the structural integrity and sealing reliability of key cementing tools(e.g.liner hanger,float collar,float shoe,and drill pipe plug)were systematically analyzed,and a set of heavy-load,ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure liner cementing technologies were developed.The following results are obtained.(i)The liner hanger is structurally reinforced,achieving"smooth RIH".(ii)A two-stage independent fluid-actuated setting mechanism is adopted to realize the hanger setting function,achieving"firm setting".(iii)The single-start high-pitch release mechanism and a new type of engaged accompanying sand prevention shield are adopted to enable the drilling tools to run out immediately after cementing,achieving"free release".(iv)High-reliability sealing float collar and float shoe are employed to ensure the reliable sealing of non-return valves,achieving"tight sealing".(v)Drill pipe plug is structurally optimized with optimal materials,achieving"reliable isolation".(vi)A"bare-type"central tube is used,achieving"effective POOH".It is concluded that the technologies effectively address the cementing challenges under extreme downhole conditions of ultra-deep,ultra-high temperature,ultra-high pressure,and ultra-heavy load,and have achieved good application results in the fourth and fifth spud sections of Well SDTK1.They provide technical support for the oil and gas development in ultra-deep wells in China and promote the iterative upgrading of domestic cementing tools.
