植物内生菌作用机理研究进展OA

Under the backdrop of vigorously promoting agricultural sustainable development and green ecological agriculture featuring cost reduction and income increase,plant endophytes have become a research hotspot at the intersection of multiple disciplines such as microbi-ology,soil science,and crop cultivation.This study reviews the action mechanisms of plant endophytes in terms of producing nutrient ele-ments,generating enzymes and acids,synthesizing antimicrobial substances,and activating soil during their metabolic processes.It elabora-tes on the important roles of plant endophytes in promoting plant growth,enhancing crop disease resistance,improving crop yield and qual-ity,and facilitating bioremediation.Meanwhile,it points out the existing problems in the development of plant endophyes at the current stage and proposes corresponding solutions,aiming to continuously advance the green and sustainable development of agriculture.
