川西侏罗系低渗透致密砂岩气藏增压开采效果及其影响因素OA
Effects and influencing factors of supercharging production for Jurassic low-permeability tight sandstone gas reservoirs in western Sichuan Basin
为了明确四川盆地西部地区侏罗系低渗透致密砂岩气藏增压开采效果及其影响因素,采用压降法、产量递减法等方法预测了增压开采时单井可采储量,在主力气藏自然开采和增压开采条件下,结合物性分析、气水两相渗流实验、测井解释和生产动态资料,探究了增压开采效果及其影响因素.研究结果表明:①增压开采可以消除管网压力对低压低产井的制约、延长气井生产时间、提高采收率,同时使气井有增大生产压差提高产气量的空间;②实施增压开采后,研究区主力气藏气井平均井口废弃压力降低0.5~1.3 MPa,主力气藏平均单井新增天然气可采储量101×104~200×104 m3,采出程度提高2.55%~7.63%;③增压效果受储层物性、含水饱和度和增压时机等因素的共同影响,单井新增可采储量与孔隙度、渗透率呈正相关关系,与含水饱和度呈负相关关系,渗透率大于0.15 mD、含水饱和度小于45%的气井增压效果相对较好,渗透率小于0.15 mD、含水饱和度大于60%的气井增压效果相对较差,含水饱和度介于45%~60%、物性越好则增压效果越好;④在油压与管网压力之差小于0.35 MPa时,实施增压开采的效果较好,单井新增天然气可采储量大于200×104 m3.结论认为,该项研究成果可以为研究区增压气井优选以及其他地区同类型气藏的增压开采提供借鉴和指导.
To clarify the effects and influencing factors of supercharging production for the Jurassic low-permeability tight sandstone gas reservoirs in the western Sichuan Basin,the single-well recoverable reserves under supercharging production were predicted by the pressure drop and production decline methods.Based on the physical property analysis,gas-water two-phase flow experiments,logging interpretation,and production performance data,the exploitation of major gas reservoirs was investigated under the conditions with or without supercharging,so that the effects and influencing factors of supercharging production were analyzed.The following results are obtained.(i)Supercharging production can eliminate the constraint of pipeline pressure on low-pressure and low-yield wells,extend the production life,and improve recovery factor,while enhancing gas production by virtue of higher production pressure difference.(ii)After implementing supercharging production,wells in major gas reservoirs exhibit the average wellhead abandonment pressure decreased by 0.5-1.3 MPa,the average newly added recoverable reserves of 101×104-200×104 m3 individually,and the recovery efficiency improved by 2.55%-7.63%.(iii)The supercharging production effect is jointly influenced by reservoir physical properties,water saturation,and supercharging timing.The newly added recoverable reserves per well are positively correlated with porosity and permeability,and negatively correlated with water saturation.Gas wells in reservoirs with permeability greater than 0.15 mD and water saturation less than 45%reflect good supercharging effects;whereas gas wells in reservoirs with permeability less than 0.15 mD and water saturation greater than 60%show relatively poor effects.For reservoirs with water saturation between 45%and 60%,the better the reservoir physical properties,the better the supercharging effects.(iv)When the difference between the tubing and the pipeline pressures is less than 0.35 MPa,the effects are satisfactory,and the single-well incremental recoverable reserves are greater than 200×104 m3.This research provides guidance and reference for the gas well selection for supercharging production in the study area and also for the similar gas reservoirs in other regions.
