Research Progress on Chemical Constituents and Medicinal Value of Different Parts of Pomegranate
石榴是世界上最古老的栽培果树之一,其叶、花、果皮、籽和汁中含有丰富的糖类、黄酮、多酚、生物碱等活性成分,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、降血糖、抗虫等多重功效.本文就国内外对石榴各部位的化学成分及药用现状的研究进展进行综述,为合理开发利用石榴资源提供参考.
Pomegranate is one of the oldest cultivated fruit trees in the world.Its flowers,leaves,peel,seeds and juice are rich in sugars,fla-vonoids,polyphenols,alkaloids and other active ingredient,which have multiple effects such as anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-tumor,hypoglycemic and anti-insect.The research progress on the chemical composition and current medicinal status of various parts of pomegran-ate at home and abroad is reviewed to provide reference for the rational development and utilisation of the rich pomegranate resources.
