评价气井产能的拟压力"一点法"OA
A pseudopressure"one point method"for evaluating gas well deliverability
为了实现对一口新气井产能的快速、准确评价,解决多点测试耗时长、成本高的问题,进而提高传统压力平方"一点法"评价气井产能的计算精度,基于气井拟压力二项式产能方程,建立了评价气井产能的拟压力"一点法".研究结果表明:①通过引入无因次拟压力和无因次产量,将气井拟压力二项式产能方程简化为一元二次方程形式,并推导出求解绝对无阻流量的公式;②确定了适用于新投产垂直气井的流动状态因子(α)取值为0.25,在此基础上形成的拟压力"一点法"产能评价公式具有较高的理论精度和计算便捷性;③实例应用效果分析显示,利用该方法计算出的威2井各测试点绝对无阻流量值基本一致,预测结果具有良好的稳定性;④对比多点测试实测数据,由拟压力"一点法"预测生成的IPR曲线与实测点符合程度较高,验证了该方法在预测不同井底流压下气井产量的可靠性.结论认为,该拟压力"一点法"不仅继承了传统"一点法"简便快捷的优点且在理论上更符合气体渗流规律,是评价气井产能和预测IPR曲线的实用且有效的方法.
In order to evaluate the deliverability of a new gas well rapidly and accurately,solve the problems of time-consuming and costly multi-point testing,and improve the computational accuracy of the conventional pressure-squared"one point method"for gas well deliverability evaluation,a pseudopressure"one point method"was derived from the binomial deliverability equation based on gas well pseudopressure.The following results are obtained.(i)The introduction of dimensionless pseudopressure and dimensionless production simplifies the pseudopressure binomial deliverability equation into quadratic equation in one unknown,and derives a formula for calculating absolute open flow potential(AOFP).(ii)The flow regime factor(α)suitable for newly commissioned vertical gas wells is determined to be 0.25,and the derived pseudopressure"one point method"deliverability evaluation equation is robust in theoretical accuracy and calculation convenience.(iii)Field application shows that the AOFP values at different testing points of Well Wei-2 calculated using this method are basically consistent,indicating good stability of prediction results.(iv)Compared with the data measured through multi-point testing,the inflow performance relationship(IPR)curve generated from the prediction by the pseudopressure"one point method"is more consistent with the measurement results,verifying the reliability of this method in predicting gas well deliverability under different bottomhole flowing pressures(BHFPs).The proposed method not only inherits the merits of simplicity and rapidity from the conventional"one point method",but also theoretically accords with the gas seepage laws.Therefore,it is a practical and efficient method for evaluating gas well deliverability and predicting IRP curves.
