铁路工程建设物资应急调配方案求解算法研究OA

工程物资应急调配是铁路工程物流中的重要一环,对保障铁路线路工程如期建设有着重要影响,特别是在高寒、地形险峻的线路建设环境中,常出现如山体滑坡、泥石流等应急状况,需要有一套完整、高效的应急物资供应策略作为保障,以避免影响铁路线路工程建设的进度.研究提出一种考虑运输里程和运到延误时间的应急物资调配模型及其对应求解算法,可高效计算最优物资调配路径方案.所构建的混合整数规划模型采用最短运输里程和延误时间加权作为目标函数,使用自适应大邻域搜索算法、floyd算法和改进匈牙利算法结合的算法快速求解模型,得到最优物资配送方案.经过多算例对比分析实验,证明了所设计模型与算法的有效性,为铁路应急场景工程物资调配问题提供了新的解决思路和方案.

Emergency allocation of engineering materials is an important part of railway engineering logistics and has an important impact on ensuring the scheduled construction of railway line projects.Especially in line construction environments with severe cold and steep terrain,emergencies such as landslides and debris flows often occur.A complete and efficient emergency material supply strategy is required as a guarantee to avoid affecting the construction progress of railway line projects.This paper proposed an emergency material allocation model and its corresponding solution algorithm considering transportation distance and arrival delay time,which could efficiently calculate the optimal material allocation route scheme.The constructed mixed integer programming model adopted the shortest transportation distance and weighted delay time as the objective function and used an algorithm combining adaptive large neighborhood search algorithm,floyd algorithm,and improved Hungarian algorithm to quickly solve the model and obtain the optimal material delivery scheme.Through comparative analysis experiments of multiple calculation examples,the effectiveness of the designed model and algorithm was proved,providing new solution ideas and schemes for engineering material allocation problems in railway emergency scenarios.
