铁路货车高速超偏载检测系统设计与实现OA
Design and Implementation of High Speed Overload and Unbalanced Load Detection System for Railway Freight Cars
我国铁路货运正加速向重载化、快捷化发展,货车最高时速普遍提升至120 km,超偏载对运输安全与稳定性的威胁显著加剧.为解决高速工况下超偏载检测精度不足、数据传输延迟的瓶颈,杜绝事故并保障安全装载,本研究构建适配100 km/h速度段的货车安全装载保障技术.研究突破高速动态称重难题,部署高精度传感器阵列,构建分布式检测网络,耦合动态多测区数据融合算法,实现60 km/h以上,100 km/h以下货车轮重与横向偏移精准采集;优化数据采集与预处理流程以降干扰,并创新采用"边缘计算+4G/5G"架构,将检测数据全链路延迟控制在60 s内;依托智能模型完成超偏载快速判定,同时深入剖析系统总体架构与核心计量算法机理.实际应用验证表明,该系统性能优良、可靠性高,可在高速工况下快速精准检测超偏载.研究成果为杜绝铁路货车高速超偏载事故、提升货运安全性与稳定性提供关键技术支撑.
China's railway freight transportation is accelerating towards heavy-haul and high-speed development,with the maximum speed of freight cars generally increased to 120 km/h.The threat posed by overload and unbalanced load to transportation safety and stability has significantly intensified.To address the bottlenecks of insufficient detection accuracy and data transmission delay under high-speed conditions,prevent accidents,and ensure safe loading,this study constructed a safe freight car loading guarantee technology suitable for the 100 km/h speed range.The research broke through the challenges of high-speed dynamic weighing,deployed a high-precision sensor array,built a distributed detection network,coupled dynamic multi-measuring area data fusion algorithms,and achieved precise collection of freight car wheel load and lateral offset at speeds above 60 km/h and below 100 km/h.The data collection and preprocessing processes were optimized to reduce interference,and an innovative"edge computing+4G/5G"architecture was adopted to control the full-chain delay of detection data within 60 seconds.Relying on intelligent models to complete rapid determination of overload and unbalanced load,the overall system architecture and core metrology algorithm mechanisms were deeply analyzed.Practical application verification shows that the system has excellent performance and high reliability,enabling rapid and precise detection of overload and unbalanced load under high-speed conditions.The research results provide key technical support for preventing railway freight car high-speed overload and unbalanced load accidents and enhancing freight transportation safety and stability.
