货运转型背景下郑州局集团公司铁路物流中心货运安全管理提升路径探析OA

With the deepening of the transformation of railway freight transport towards modern logistics,the restructuring and upgrading of the safety management system become a key issue.Taking the logistics centers of Zhengzhou Group as the research object,this paper systematically analyzed the core problems of the current freight loading safety management in two aspects:system construction and key control.Optimization countermeasures were proposed from three aspects:improving the safety management system,strengthening the safety risk control capability,and enhancing the level of physical and technical safety prevention,including clarifying the core functions of the business office,strengthening the professional strength of the business department,improving the monitoring functions of the production dispatching center,as well as promoting the digital and intelligent construction of stations and yards,optimizing the allocation of professional management and control,and strengthening the control of key links.This paper aims to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for improving the quality of freight loading safety management in logistics centers under the background of railway freight transport transformation and to help achieve the long-term safety and stability of railway freight transport production.
