Review of Research Progress on Measurement Methods for New Quality Productivity

新质生产力已成为经济高质量发展的核心动力.文章通过梳理相关文献,从指标体系构建和测度方法选择两个方面对现有研究进行了归纳,发现二者均可按照一定的逻辑进行分类.在指标上分为单一指标和多维度指标,多维指标体系的构建路径包括生产力三要素、内涵特征和投入产出.在方法上大致可归纳为基于权重分配、基于综合集成、基于效率分析及基于文本分析与机器学习的测度方法,其中,基于权重分配方法的测度结果更直观,在区域、行业和企业层面得到了最广泛的应用.新质生产力测度的研究呈现多样化的发展趋势,不同测度方法既存在差异,也具备一定的共性.通过对比不同测度方法的特点与应用场景,总结了测度框架选择的依据,并进一步提出未来的研究方向.

New quality productivity has become the core driving force for high-quality economic development.By reviewing relevant literature,this paper summarizes the existing research from two aspects:the construction of indicator systems and the se-lection of measurement methods,finding that both can be classified according to certain logic.In terms of indicators,they are di-vided into single indicators and multi-dimensional indicators,with the construction paths of multi-dimensional indicator systems including the three elements of productivity,connotative characteristics,and input-output.Methodologically,they can be broadly categorized into weight-based allocation,comprehensive integration-based,efficiency analysis-based,and text analysis and ma-chine learning-based measurement methods.Among these,the weight-based allocation method yields more intuitive results and has been most widely applied at the regional,industry,and enterprise levels.The study of new quality productivity measurement exhibits diverse development trends,with different methods showing both differences and commonalities.By comparing the char-acteristics and application scenarios of various measurement methods,the paper summarizes the criteria for selecting measurement frameworks and further proposes future directions for development.
