基于AHP-CRITIC结合Box-Behnken响应面法优选壮药复方葛花颗粒的提取工艺OA
Optimization of the Extraction Process of Zhuang Medicine Compound Gehua Granules based on AHP-CRITIC Combined with Box-Behnken Re-sponse Surface Methodology
基于AHP-CRITIC结合Box-Behnken响应面法优选壮药复方葛花颗粒的提取工艺.以壮药复方葛花颗粒中鸢尾苷、二氢杨梅素的含量及出膏率为考察指标,采用AHP结合CRITIC法计算各指标的综合权重系数,以加水倍数、提取时间和提取次数为考察因素,多指标综合评分结合Box-Behnken响应面法设计试验,优选壮药复方葛花颗粒的最佳水提取工艺.优选出壮药复方葛花颗粒的最佳工艺为加12倍量水、提取时间1.5h、提取次数3次.本研究确定的壮药复方葛花颗粒提取工艺稳定可行,可为壮药复方葛花颗粒的工业化生产提供参考.
To optimize the extraction process of Zhuang Medicine Compound Gehua granules based on AHP-CRITIC combined with Box-Behnken response surface methodology.The content of tectoridin,dihydromyricetin and extraction yield in Zhuang Medicine Compound Gehua granules were used as the evaluation indicators.The comprehensive weight coefficients of each indicator were calculated using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)combined with CRITIC method.Taking the water addition ratio,extraction time,and extraction frequency as the examination factors,a multi index comprehensive score combined with Box-Behnken response surface method was used to design experiments and optimize the water extraction process of Zhuang Medicine Compound gehua Granules.The optimal process for the Zhuang Medicine Compound Gehua granules was to selected as adding 12 times of water volume,with extraction time for 1.5 h,and 3 extractions.The extraction process of the Zhuang Medicine Compound Gehua granules determined in this study is stable and feasible,which can provide a reference for the industrial production of Zhuang Medicine Compound Gehua Granules.
