Effect of Dynamic Stiffness of Fastener System on Wheel-Rail Noise in Metro Track
为研究扣件系统动刚度对轮轨噪声的影响规律,建立了考虑扣件频变特性的频域轮轨滚动噪声预测模型.将轮轨表面粗糙度作为轮轨噪声预测模型输入并考虑接触斑滤波,获得了车轮和轨道的高频振动特性,分析了不同扣件动刚度下的车轮和钢轨的声辐射功率谱;另外,将钢轨各部分离散成一系列相干点声源,研究了扣件动刚度对轮轨噪声传播的影响.结果表明:扣件动刚度对不同频段的轮轨噪声影响不同,扣件储能刚度对轮轨噪声的影响主要集中在630 Hz以下频段,而扣件阻尼系数对轮轨噪声的影响主要集中在800 Hz以下频段.在大于100 Hz的频段,扣件动参数对轮轨噪声的影响主要体现在轮轨噪声的传播范围上,而对轮轨产生瞬时声压的最大值影响较小.
To investigate the effect of fastener system dynamic stiffness on wheel-rail noise,a frequency-domain wheel-rail rolling noise prediction model considering the frequency-dependent characteristics of fasteners is established.The surface roughness of the wheel-rail was used as the input to the prediction model of the rolling noise,and contact patch filtering was considered to obtain the high-frequency vibration characteristics of the wheel and rail.The sound radiation power spectra of the wheel and rail under different fastener dynamic stiffness conditions were analyzed.Additionally,the rail components were discretized into a series of coherent point sound sources to study the influence of fastener dynamic stiffness on wheel-rail noise propagation.The results show that the dynamic stiffness of fasteners affects wheel-rail noise differently across frequency bands:the storage stiffness of fasteners primarily influences noise below 630 Hz,while the damping coefficient mainly affects noise below 800 Hz.For frequencies above 100 Hz,the dynamic parameters of fasteners predominantly affect the propagation range of wheel-rail noise,with minimal impact on the maximum instantaneous sound pressure generated by the wheel-rail interaction.
