为探究赤霉素(Gibberellin,GA)浸种对盐胁迫下冬葵种子萌发及芽苗生长作用的效果.本研究通过设置不同浓度梯度NaCl溶液模拟盐胁迫环境,分析其对冬葵种子萌发的影响.在此基础上,选用抑制效果显著的150 mmol/L浓度NaCl溶液,研究不同浓度GA处理对冬葵种子萌发及芽苗生理指标的调控作用.结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的升高,冬葵种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数呈下降趋势,而萌发抑制率则逐渐上升;尤其在盐胁迫浓度为150mmol/L时,各项指标均呈现显著差异性.在该盐胁迫下,施加外源GA处理可不同程度地提高冬葵种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数,有效缓解盐胁迫对冬葵种子的萌发抑制.50 mg/L的GA处理效果最为显著,不仅显著提高冬葵种子生物量积累和总叶绿素含量,同时使超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性、丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)和总黄酮含量下降.综上,适宜浓度GA浸种处理可通过激活抗氧化防御系统以应对盐胁迫引起的氧化损伤,从而提高冬葵种子的耐盐性,促进其在盐胁迫环境下萌发和幼苗生长.本研究为冬葵在盐碱化地区的栽培推广提供了一定的理论依据和技术支持.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of gibberellin(Gibberellin,GA)seed soaking on the germination and seedling growth of Malva verticillata L.seeds under salt stress.The impact of salt stress,simulated using different concentrations of NaCl solutions,on seed germination was analyzed.Based on this,a concentration of 150 mmol/L NaCl,which showed significant inhibitory effects,was selected to study the regulatory effects of different GA concentrations on the germination and physiological indicators of Malva verticillata seeds and seedlings.The results showed that with increasing NaCl concentration,the germination rate,germination potential,and germination index of Malva verticillata seeds showed a decreasing trend,while the germination inhibition rate gradually increased.Significant differences in all indicators were observed,particularly at the salt stress concentration of 150 mmol/L.Under this salt stress condition,the application of exogenous GA treatment enhanced the germination rate,germination potential,and germination index to varying degrees,effectively allevi-ating the salt stress-induced inhibition of seed germination.The application of 50 mg/L GA yielded the most significant effects,not only sig-nificantly increasing biomass accumulation and total chlorophyll content but also reducing superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,malondi-aldehyde(MDA),and total flavonoid contents.In conclusion,GA seed soaking at an appropriate concentration can enhance the salt tolerance of Malva verticillata seeds by activating the antioxidant defense system to counteract oxidative damage caused by salt stress,thereby pro-moting seed germination and seedling growth under salt stress conditions.This study provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the cultivation and promotion of Malva verticillata L.in saline-alkali areas.
