基于圆运动理论探讨半夏白术天麻汤治疗痰湿证高血压病OA

Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction(半夏白术天麻汤)is widely used in traditional Chinese medicine for hy-pertension with phlegm-dampness syndrome.It can fortify the spleen,regulate the liver,resolve phlegm,and dispel wind,restoring the spleen-stomach's function of ascending the clear and descending the turbid,while promoting the left ascent of the liver-gallbladder and assisting the right descent of the lung-stomach.Its therapeutic principles align with Peng Ziyi's circular movement theory.Combined with this theory,the authors propose that the pathogenesis of phlegm-damp-ness hypertension lies in disordered ascending-descending of yang qi,characterized by failure of Taiyin Spleen-Earth to open,failure of Yangming Lung-Metal to close,and impaired downward sinking of Shaoyang ministerial fire.Guided by the circular movement theory,this article elucidates the mechanism of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in treating this condition.
