四磨汤治疗胃肠相关疾病研究进展OA

Gastrointestinal diseases in Chinese medicine are diseases of the spleen and stomach system,the spleen and stomach is the hub of qi elevation,and its basic pathogenesis is attributed to the disorder of qi movement,which can lead to gastrointestinal disorders.Originating from"Ji Sheng Fang"by Yan Yonghe of the Song Dynasty.Simo Decotion(四磨汤)is a qi-regulating formula,has the effect of qi lowering,broadening the chest to disperse the effect of the knot,applicable to abdominal distension and abdominal pain,erosion,nausea and vomiting and other symptoms.Reviewing the relevant literature over the past few years,it is found that Simo Decotion has multi-faceted and multi-targeted advantages in the clinical treatment of gastrointestinal-related diseases.Meanwhile,analyzing the related literature,we found that its molecular mechanism has the effects of anti-inflammation,protecting mucosa,promoting gastrointestinal dynamics and regulating intestinal flora.The author provides a review of recent clinical and mechanistic studies on the treatment of gas-trointestinal-related diseases with Simo Decotion,aiming to offer a reference for clinical application.
