葛根-黄连药对治疗2型糖尿病的相关研究进展OA

In modern society,the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is continuously rising,which seriously endangers the human health.The herb pair of Gegen(Puerariae Lobatae Radix)and Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma)has a clear therapeutic effect in the treatment of T2DM.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory,Ge-gen(Puerariae Lobatae Radix)-Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma)is an important herb pair in the classic TCM prescription Ge-gen Qinlian Decoction(葛根芩连汤),which has been used clinically for a long time.Its therapeutic effect on T2DM is consistent with the TCM understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,such as improper diet,emotional disorders and constitutional Yin deficiency.From the perspective of modern research,network pharmacology can be used to explore the active ingredients and action targets in the herb pair,and it is found that Gegen(Puerariae Lobatae Radix)-Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma)can regulate glucose and lipid metabolism,inflammatory response,etc.,through multi-tar-gets and multi-pathways.Clinical studies have shown that whether used alone or as a component in prescriptions,the herb pair can effectively improve the glucose and lipid metabolism indexes of the patients,reduce the levels of inflammato-ry factors,and improve the defects in insulin receptor levels.Its multi-component synergistic effect exerts comprehensive therapeutic effects,with advantages such as high safety and few side effects.In summary,this article summarized and ana-lyzed the relevant literature on the treatment of T2DM with Gegen(Puerariae Lobatae Radix)-Huanglian(Coptidis Rhi-zoma),aiming to provide a reference for further research on its therapeutic mechanism and optimization of T2DM treat-ment regimens.
