[目的]以鄂尔多斯遗鸥国家级自然保护区为研究对象,探究保护区土壤水分梯度变化对植被与土壤空间异质性的影响,揭示其空间变化趋势,为保护区植物多样性保护提供科学依据.[方法]采用机械取样方法,在保护区内垂直于湖岸边分别向南北两侧各布设3条样带,分析样带内距湖岸不同距离处植物群落及土壤理化性质空间分布特征.[结果]①随着距湖岸距离的增加,植物群落由盐生植物群落过渡到沙生植物群落,植物多样性指数呈现先增加后减小的变化趋势,并在100~150 m时植物多样性最高;芨芨草、油蒿群落的容重、含水率、电导率、孔隙度均随着距湖岸距离增加逐渐减小.②土壤理化性质随着湖岸距离增加,含水率、电导率在不同土层中均降低且变化较大,含水率在0-10,10-20,20-30 cm分别减小了 10.79%,10.09%,7.67%;电导率则分别减小了 35.73,34.20,32.63 μS/cm.③相关性分析结果表明,植物多样性与含水率、电导率、全钾、黏粒显著相关,其中含水率与Simpson,Shannon-Wiener指数相关性最强且相关系数相等(-0.65).驱动植物多样性的主要影响因子呈现明显的空间分异,在距湖岸 0~50 m范围,植物多样性主要由土壤含水率、有机质和全钾共同影响;在50~150 m,电导率为主导因子;而在 150~200 m土壤含水率与电导率共同成为植物多样性分布的关键因子.[结论]受湖泊水域的影响,保护区形成明显土壤水分梯度变化,植被类型与土壤理化性质在该土壤水分梯度驱动下呈现出显著空间分异特征.

[Objective]Taking Ordos Larus relictus National Nature Reserve as the research object,the effect of soil moisture gradient changes on the spatial heterogeneity of vegetation and soil properties in the reserve was studied,and the spatial variation trends were analyzed in order to provide a scientific basis for the research and protection of plant diversity in the reserve.[Methods]A mechanical sampling method was used,and three transects were established perpendicular to the lakeshore on both the northern and southern sides of the reserve,and the spatial distribution characteristics of plant communities and their soil physicochemical properties at different distances from the shore of the lake were analyzed.[Results]① With increasing distance from the lakeshore,the plant community shifted from the halophyte community to the psammophyte community,and the plant diversity index first increased and then decreased,reaching its maximum at 100-150 m.The bulk density,soil moisture content,electrical conductivity,and total porosity of Achnatherum splendens and Artemisia ordosica communities gradually decreased with increasing distance from the lakeshore.② With increasing distance from the lakeshore,the soil moisture content and electrical conductivity decreased markedly across different soil layers.Soil moisture content decreased by 10.79%,10.09%and 7.67%in 0-10,10-20,and 20-30 cm,respectively.Electrical conductivity decreased by 35.73 μS/cm,34.20,and 32.63 μS/cm respectively.③ Correlation analysis showed that plant diversity was significantly correlated with soil moisture content,electrical conductivity,total potassium,and clay content.Among them,soil moisture content showed the strongest correlation with Simpson and Shannon-Wiener indices,and the correlation coefficients were equal,with a value of-0.65.The main driving factors of plant diversity showed obvious spatial differentiation:within 0-50 m from the lakeshore,plant diversity was mainly affected by soil moisture content,soil organic matter,and total potassium.At 50-150 m,electrical conductivity was the dominant factor.At 150-200 m,soil moisture content and electrical conductivity jointly became the key factors influencing the distribution of plant diversity.[Conclusion]Under the influence of the lake,the reserve exhibits a significant soil moisture gradient,and vegetation types and soil physicochemical properties show significant spatial differentiation characteristics driven by this gradient.
