Annual Clinical Research Progress in Esophageal Cancer in 2025
2025 年,食管癌诊疗领域在局晚期治疗范式的革新、晚期各线治疗方案的持续优化与创新,以及疗效预测标志物的探索等方面均取得了突破性进展,展现出日益精准化和个体化的发展趋势.本文系统梳理了 2025年度国内外食管癌治疗相关的重要临床研究,以期为当前临床决策提供参考依据.
In 2025,breakthrough progress has been made in the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer,including innovations in the treatment paradigm for locally advanced disease,continuous optimization and innovation of multi-line therapeutic regimens for advanced esophageal cancer,and exploration of efficacy predictive biomarkers,showing an increasingly precise and individualized development trend.This paper systematically reviews important domestic and international clinical studies related to esophageal cancer treatment published in 2025,so as to provide references for current clinical decision-making.
