花青素生物活性及其在反刍动物生产中的应用OA
Bioactivity of anthocyanins and their application in ruminant production
花青素是一类水溶性天然类黄酮色素,广泛存在于蔬菜和水果中,具有抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、免疫调节及神经保护等多种生物活性.作为一种具有潜力的天然饲料添加剂,花青素在反刍动物生产中展现出良好的应用前景.在生物活性方面,文章重点阐述了花青素通过调控核因子κB/丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(NF-κB/MAPK)信号通路发挥抗炎作用、通过激活核因子E2相关因子2/抗氧化反应元件(Nrf2/ARE)通路增强抗氧化酶活性,以及通过干预细胞周期与脂质代谢发挥抗癌与心血管保护的分子机制.在反刍动物生产应用方面,文章重点综述了花青素对瘤胃发酵参数与微生物区系的调控(如促进丙酸型发酵、减少甲烷排放)、对生长性能与饲料转化率的提升、对肉品质的改善及对精液冷冻保存时间延长的研究进展,为花青素在反刍动物生产中的进一步应用提供参考.
Anthocyanins are water-soluble natural flavonoid pigments widely present in vegetables and fruits,exhibiting various biological activities such as antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,antitumor,immunomodulatory,and neuroprotective effects.As a potential natural feed additive,anthocyanins show promising application prospects in ruminant production.Regarding bioactivity,the article focuses on elucidating the anti-inflammatory mechanism through the regulation of the nuclear factor kappa-B/mitogen-activated protein kinase(NF-κB/MAPK)signaling pathway,the enhancement of antioxidant enzyme activities via activation of the nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2/antioxidant response element(Nrf2/ARE)pathway,as well as the molecular mechanisms underlying anticancer and cardiovascular protection through intervention in cell cycle and lipid metabolism.In terms of application in ruminant production,the article mainly reviews the research progress on the regulation of rumen fermentation parameters and microbiota by anthocyanins(such as promoting propionate-type fermentation and reducing methane emissions),improvements in growth performance and feed conversion efficiency,enhancement of meat quality,and prolongation of semen cryopreservation time,to provide a reference for the further application of anthocyanins in ruminant production.
