城郊型乡镇"飞地经济"模式的空间规划协同策略研究OA

Against the dual strategic backdrop of new urbanization and rural revitalization,suburban towns have become key spatial carriers for undertaking functional spillovers from central cities and promoting ur-ban-rural integration,leveraging their locational advantages.As an inter-regional cooperation model,the"enclave economy"can provide an effective path to alleviate dilemmas,such as land constraints,indus-trial bottlenecks,and population issues in these towns.Taking Zengtian town in Le'an county in Jiangxi province as an example,based on the overall territorial spatial planning,key spatial demands of developing"enclave economies"in suburban-type towns have been identified,they are functional coordination,spa-tial layout integration,and governance mechanism transmission.From three dimensions of"strategy—pattern—implementation,"a systematic spatial planning coordination strategy system has been construc-ted,including"regional collaborative guidance,spatial pattern optimization and implementation mecha-nism innovation."It is showed that integrating the concept of"enclave economies"into territorial spatial planning can effectively guide suburban-type towns to transition from passive"siphoning"to active"inte-gration".It will provide theoretical references and practical paradigms for spatial planning formulation and implementation in similar regions.
