Village planning is an important handle to realize the strategy of rural revitalization and the con-cept of"Ten Thousand Villages Project.Scientific and efficient village planning review is an important link to guarantee the quality of village planning and realize sustainable development of villages.In order to ef-fectively improve the quality and effectiveness of planning,.it is particularly important to explore the way of digital and intelligent village planning review and management.In this paper,taking Shandong province as an example,adhering to goal orientation and problem orientation,on the basis of analyzing present con-dition,review content and challenges in village planning in Shandong province,focusing on inconsistent re-view standards,low efficiency and poor communication,from the aspects of establishing review standards,creating a review mechanism,refining review rules and developing intelligent review tools,solution ap-proaches have been put forward.Based on"One Map"system,an overall architecture with Shandong characteristics,driven by review rules and review tools,and centered on management applications has been explored and constructed,which is consisting of"standard formulation rule sorting tool development man-agement applications".Key innovations include a tiered review pathway for village planning and the"one--click archiving"technology,resulting in digital and visualized application outcomes.These advancements effectively enhance the quality and efficiency of village planning reviews.It will provide robust support for planning implementation and management.
