Exploration of New Quality Productivity Practice in Upgrading of Plastic Industry

研究旨在分析新质生产力对塑料行业的变革性影响,特别是其如何驱动该领域从基础化工原料向先进制造体系转型与升级.通过系统考察政策支持、技术演进与产业协同的内在联系,揭示新质生产力在塑料产业中的3个关键价值维度,促进全链条效率全面提升,激发高质量产品供给的创新动力,实现从原料选择到废弃物处理全过程的环境友好性.文章提出3条推进路径,强化创新体系协作以突破材料技术壁垒,加快产业链数字化转型以推动智能生产,优化价值网络生态以建立健全循环体系,从而支撑塑料行业向高端制造迈进.

The study aimed to analyze the transformative impact of new quality productive forces on the plastics industry,particularly how they drove the sector's transition and upgrading from basic chemical raw materials to advanced manufacturing systems.Through systematic examination of the intrinsic connections among policy support,technological evolution,and industrial synergy,three critical value dimensions of new quality productive forces in the plastics industry were revealed:Promoting comprehensive efficiency enhancement across the entire value chain,stimulating innovation momentum for high-quality product supply,and achieving full-process environmental friendliness from raw material selection to waste disposal.Three advancement pathways were proposed:Strengthening collaborative innovation systems to overcome material technology barriers,accelerating digital transformation of the industrial chain to promote intelligent production,and optimizing the value network ecosystem to establish and improve circular systems,thereby supporting the plastics industry's advancement toward high-end manufacturing.
