厚壳贻贝饲用价值评估:基于不同生境营养元素积累的季节性差异OA
Assessment of feeding value of Mytilus coruscus:Based on seasonal differences in nutrient element accumulation across different habitats
试验旨在评估不同生境(养殖区与潮间带)厚壳贻贝(Mytilus coruscus)体内碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)元素积累的季节性差异.分别于春、夏、秋、冬4个季节在舟山枸杞岛海域的养殖区与潮间带采集厚壳贻贝,测定其性腺与体组织中的C、N、P含量,并进行统计分析.结果显示,厚壳贻贝体内C、N、P含量呈现与生殖周期同步的季节性波动,C在夏季和秋季积累,N、P在冬季和春季富集.生境会影响厚壳贻贝的元素分配策略,与潮间带厚壳贻贝相比,养殖区厚壳贻贝体组织N、P含量相对较高,性腺中N含量相对较低.异速生长分析进一步显示,养殖区厚壳贻贝在春季性腺优先吸收N、P,而潮间带群体在秋季性腺显著积累P.研究表明,不同生境与季节会影响厚壳贻贝的营养元素积累与分配,养殖区厚壳贻贝体组织N、P含量较高,适合作为优质蛋白源;而潮间带厚壳贻贝在特定季节的能量储备特性更具优势.
The experiment aimed to evaluate the seasonal differences in carbon(C),nitrogen(N),and phosphorus(P)accumulation in Mytilus coruscus from different habitats(aquaculture areas and intertidal zones).Mytilus coruscus were collected in the aquaculture area and intertidal zone of Goji Island in Zhoushan during the four seasons of spring,summer,autumn,and winter.The concentrations of C,N,and P in their gonads and body tissues were measured and statistically analyzed.The results showed that the concentrations of C,N,and P in Mytilus coruscus exhibited seasonal fluctuations synchronized with the reproductive cycle,with C accumulating in summer and autumn,and N and P accumulating in winter and spring.Habitat affected the element allocation strategy of Mytilus coruscus.Compared with intertidal Mytilus coruscus,Mytilus coruscus in aquaculture areas had relatively higher concentrations of N and P in their body tissues and lower N content in their gonads.Further analysis of allometric growth showed that Mytilus coruscus in aquaculture areas preferentially absorb N and P in the gonads during spring,while intertidal populations significantly accumulate P in the gonads during autumn.The study shows that different habitats and seasons can affect the accumulation and distribution of nutrients in Mytilus coruscus.Mytilus coruscus in aquaculture areas have higher concentrations of N and P in their body tissues,making them suitable as high-quality protein sources.The intertidal Mytilus coruscus have more advantageous energy storage characteristics in specific seasons.
