复合有机微量元素对肉鸡生长性能、肉品质、器官发育及血清生化指标的影响OA
Effects of compound organic trace minerals on growth performance,meat quality,organ development,and serum biochemical indices of broilers
试验旨在探究复合有机微量元素(OTM)对肉鸡生长性能、肉品质、器官发育及血清生化指标的影响.选取340只1日龄体重相近的健康罗斯308肉鸡,随机分为2组,即NY/T-ITM组和NRC-OTM组,每组5个重复,每个重复34只.两组饲粮除锰(Mn)、锌(Zn)、硒(Se)外,其余成分相同.NY/T-ITM组Mn、Zn、Se分别以一水合硫酸锰(MnSO4·H2O)、一水合硫酸锌(ZnSO4·H2O)、亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO3)形式添加,添加水平参照《鸡饲养标准》(NY/T 33-2004);NRC-OTM组则分别以蛋氨酸锰(Mn-Met)、蛋氨酸锌(Zn-Met)、酵母硒(Se-Y)形式添加,添加水平参照NRC(1994)肉鸡营养需要.试验期42 d.结果显示,与NY/T-ITM组相比,NRC-OTM组21日龄和42日龄体重无显著差异(P>0.05);各日龄阶段的平均日采食量(ADFI)、平均日增重(ADG)、料重比(F/G)及 1~42 日龄欧洲效益指数(EPI)无显著差异(P>0.05).NRC-OTM组42日龄胸肌熟肉率、粗蛋白(CP)含量和粗脂肪(EE)含量显著提高(P<0.05),剪切力显著降低(P<0.05),干物质(DM)含量、粗灰分(Ash)含量、蒸煮损失、总能(GE)无显著差异(P>0.05).NRC-OTM组42日龄胸腺指数显著提高(P<0.05),法氏囊指数、脾脏指数及小肠各段相对长度、相对重量、重量/长度无显著差异(P>0.05).NRC-OTM组42日龄血清中葡萄糖(GLU)含量显著降低(P<0.05),其他血清生化与抗氧化指标无显著差异(P>0.05).研究表明,复合有机Mn、Zn、Se减量替代复合无机Mn、Zn、Se,可在不影响肉鸡生长性能和抗氧化能力的基础上,提高42日龄肉鸡的胸肌肉品质,并降低血清GLU含量.
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of compound organic trace minerals(OTM)on the growth performance,meat quality,organ development,and serum biochemical indices of broilers.A total of 340 healthy Ross 308 broilers at one day of age with similar body weight were randomly divided into two groups,namely group NY/T-ITM and group NRC-OTM,with five replicates per group and 34 broilers per replicate.The dietary compositions of the two groups were identical except for manganese(Mn),zinc(Zn),and selenium(Se).In group NY/T-ITM,Mn,Zn,and Se were supplemented in the forms of manganese sulfate monohydrate(MnSO4·H2O),zinc sulfate monohydrate(ZnSO4·H2O),and sodium selenite(Na2SeO3),respectively,with supplementation levels referring to the Chinese Feeding Standard of Chicken(NY/T 33-2004).In group NRC-OTM,there were supplemented in the forms of manganese methionine(Mn-Met),zinc methionine(Zn-Met),and selenium yeast(Se-Y),respectively,with supplementation levels referring to the NRC(1994)nutrient requirements of broilers.The trial period lasted for 42 days.The results showed that compared with group NY/T-ITM,group NRC-OTM had no significant differences in body weight at 21 and 42 days of age(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in average daily feed intake(ADFI),average daily gain(ADG),feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)at different growth stages,and the European Production Index(EPI)from 1 to 42 days of age(P>0.05).The cooked meat rate,and the concentrations of crude protein(CP)and crude fat(EE)in breast muscle at 42 days of age of group NRC-OTM were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the shear force significantly decreased(P<0.05),while no significant differences were observed in the concentrations of dry matter(DM)and crude ash(Ash),cooking loss,and gross energy(GE)(P>0.05).The group NRC-OTM had a significantly increased thymus index at 42 days of age(P<0.05),but no significant differences were found in bursa of Fabricius index,spleen index,and the relative length,relative weight,and weight/length ratio of small intestinal segments(P>0.05).The serum glucose(GLU)content at 42 days of age in group NRC-OTM was significantly decreased(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences in other serum biochemical and antioxidant indices(P>0.05).The study shows that replacing the inorganic Mn,Zn,and Se with organic Mn,Zn,and Se at reduced dosages can improve breast meat quality and reduce the serum GLU content in 42 days of age broilers without negatively affecting growth performance or antioxidant capacity.
