试验旨在探究饲粮中添加包被丁酸钠-二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)对罗曼蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、鸡蛋DHA富集水平、货架期及经济效益的影响.选取600羽350日龄健康罗曼蛋鸡,随机分为2组,每组10个重复,每个重复30羽.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加2.5%包被丁酸钠-DHA(丁酸钠含量30%,DHA纯度≥10%).预试期7 d,正式试验期40 d.结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组蛋鸡平均日采食量和产蛋率略有上升,料蛋比略有下降,但无显著差异(P>0.05).试验组鸡蛋DHA含量达295.57 mg/100 g,极显著提高396.00%(P<0.01);粗脂肪含量、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度分别极显著提高20.00%、30.62%、13.51%(P<0.01).试验组鸡蛋(25±1)℃常温储存货架期显著延长80.00%(P<0.05),(4±1)℃冷藏储存货架期显著延长40.00%(P<0.05).试验组经济效益达12.92元/kg,投入产出比1.00∶3.40,优于对照组.研究表明,在饲粮中添加2.5%包被丁酸钠-DHA可以高效富集鸡蛋DHA,定向改善蛋品质,延长货架期,且不影响蛋鸡生产性能.

The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of adding coated sodium butyrate-docosahexaenoic acid(DHA)to the diet on the production performance,egg quality,egg DHA enrichment level,shelf life,and economic benefits of Roman laying hens.A total of 600 healthy 350-day-old Roman laying hens were randomly divided into two groups with 10 replicates per group and 30 hens per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the experimental group was fed with 2.5%coated sodium butyrate DHA(sodium butyrate content of 30%,DHA purity≥10%)in the basic feed.The pre-test period lasted for seven days,and the formal test period was 40 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake and egg production rate of laying hens in the experimental group slightly increased,the feed-to-egg ratio slightly decreased,but there were no significant differences(P>0.05).The egg DHA content in the experimental group reached 295.57 mg/100 g,which was extremely increased by 396.00%(P<0.01).The crude fat content,eggshell strength,and eggshell thickness were extremely increased by 20.00%,30.62%,and 13.51%respectively(P<0.01).The shelf life of eggs stored at room temperature(25±1)℃in the experimental group was significantly prolonged by 80.00%(P<0.05),and the shelf life of eggs stored at refrigerated temperature(4±1)℃was significantly prolonged by 40.00%(P<0.05).The economic benefits of the experimental group reached 12.92 yuan/kg,with an input-output ratio of 1.00∶3.40,which was better than the control group.The study shows that adding 2.5%coated sodium butyrate DHA in feed can efficiently enrich egg DHA,directionally improve egg quality,extend shelf life,without affecting the production performance of laying hens.
