热熔温度对聚乙烯燃气管道焊接接头性能的影响OA
Effect of Heat Fusion Temperature on Performance of Polyethylene Gas Pipeline Welding Joints
热熔焊接是连接聚乙烯(PE)管道的主要方式之一,热熔工艺参数影响焊接接头以及管道整体性能.文章以热熔焊接温度为变量,参考评定合格焊接工艺,制备不同热熔温度焊接试样,分析不同热熔温度下PE焊接接头性能.结果表明:热熔温度对PE焊接接头性能影响显著.拉伸强度、冲击韧性和初始储能模量呈先增长后降低的趋势.当热熔温度为225℃时,焊接接头性能最佳.当热熔温度为185℃和245℃时,焊接接头热熔区拉伸断裂面的裂纹数量增多,PE分子链发生氧化和断裂,证明热熔温度过低或过高会削弱焊接接头力学性能.
Heat fusion welding was one of the primary methods for connecting polyethylene(PE)pipes,and the heat fusion process parameters significantly influenced the properties of the welded joints and the overall pipeline performance.In the study,the heat fusion welding temperature was selected as the variable,and different welded specimens were prepared by referring to the qualified welding procedure specification(WPS).The properties of PE welded joints at different heat fusion temperatures were subsequently analyzed.The results indicated that the heat fusion temperature exerted a significant effect on the performance of PE welded joints.The tensile strength,impact toughness,and initial storage modulus all exhibited a trend of initial increase followed by decrease.The welded joint achieved optimal performance at a heat fusion temperature of 225℃.At heat fusion temperatures of 185℃and 245℃,the number of cracks on the tensile fracture surfaces of the heat-affected zones increased,and oxidation and chain scission of PE molecular chains occurred,demonstrating that excessively low or high heat fusion temperatures compromised the mechanical properties of the welded joints.
