厚朴药理作用及临床应用研究进展OA

厚朴作为一味燥湿化痰、下气除满的传统中药,其本身及其药对在临床广泛应用于消化、呼吸系统疾病的治疗.文章重点围绕厚朴及其主要有效成分的药理作用,同时针对临床核心药对厚朴-枳实、厚朴-枳壳、厚朴-苍术、厚朴-半夏、厚朴-黄连、厚朴-栀子、厚朴-麻黄、厚朴-远志现代实验研究成果进行系统归纳.通过综述近年来厚朴及其药对网络药理学和临床应用进展,深入阐释其辛开苦降、燥湿运脾等配伍理论的现代科学内涵,为厚朴药对的配伍规律优化、临床精准应用及相关中药新药研发提供理论依据与研究思路.参考文献76篇.

As a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)used to dry dampness,resolve phlegm,direct qi downward,and relieve distension,Houpo(Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex)and its herb pairs are widely employed in clinical practice for treating digestive and respiratory diseases.This review focuses on the pharmacological effects of Houpo and its main active constituents.It systematically summarizes modern experimental research findings regarding core clinical herb pairs,including Houpo-Zhishi(Aurantii Fructus Immaturus),Houpo-Zhiqiao(Aurantii Fructus),Houpo-Cangzhu(Atractylodis Rhizoma),Houpo-Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma),Houpo-Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma),Houpo-Zhizi(Gardeniae Fructus),Houpo-Mahuang(Ephedrae Herba)and Houpo-Yuanzhi(Polygalae Radix).By reviewing recent advances in network pharmacology and clinical applications of Houpo and its herb pairs,this paper aims to elucidate the modern scientific mechanisms underlying its compatibility theories,such as"acrid-opening and bitter-descending"and"drying dampness and invigorating the spleen".The goal is to provide a theoretical basis and research strategies for optimizing compatibility patterns,guiding precise clinical application,and facilitating the development of new TCM drugs.There are 76 references.
