新质生产力驱动城市绿色创新的路径与效果OA
Pathways and Effects of New Quality Productivity in Driving Urban Green Innovation
基于2012-2022年中国236个地级及以上城市数据,利用固定效应模型和中介效应模型实证分析新质生产力对地区绿色创新的影响机制.研究结果表明,新质生产力对城市绿色创新具有显著的正向驱动效应,且在稳健性检验与内生性控制后依然显著;新质生产力通过加强信息基础设施建设、提高创新活跃度来促进绿色创新,但较强的环境规制力度可能会产生一定抑制效应;新质生产力对绿色创新的影响存在地区与城市等级异质性,东部地区及大城市的新质生产力对绿色创新的促进效果尤为显著,而中小城市则可能产生负面影响.
Based on the data of 236 cities at prefecture level and above in China from 2012 to 2022,the fixed-effects and mediation models were employed to empirically analyze the impact mechanism of new quality productivity on regional green innovation.Findings indi-cate that new quality productivity exerts a significant positive driving effect on urban green innovation,which remains statistically significant even after robustness tests and endoge-neity controls.New quality productivity promotes green innovation by strengthening the construction of information infrastructure and increasing innovation activity,but stronger environmental regulation may have a certain inhibitory effect.The impact of new quality productivity on green innovation is heterogeneous in terms of region and city level,with eastern regions and large cities having a particularly significant promoting effect on green innovation,while small and medium-sized cities may have a negative impact.
