张雪荣教授根据多年临床经验,基于"乙癸同源"探讨性早熟的病因病机及治法,认为性早熟的发病主要与肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫轴提前激活有关,为本虚标实之证,以肝肾亏虚为本,肝火旺盛为标.其病位主要在肝肾二脏,治疗上主张从肝、肾出发,内治、外治相结合,双通道、双循环,以通调经络联络脏腑.治法上以清泻相火,滋水涵木或调肝养血,益肾填精为主,使相火不妄动,肝肾开合有度,从而使精血得以互生,胞宫得以濡养,故肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫轴可以正常运行.附验案1则.
Based on years of clinical practice,Professor ZHANG Xuerong explores the etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment of precocious puberty based the theory of"Common Origin of Yi and Gui".Professor ZHANG posits that the onset of precocious puberty is primarily associated with the premature activation of the"Kidney-Tiangui-Chong and Ren-Uterus Axis".This condition is characterized as asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality,where the root cause lies in liver-kidney deficiency,and the manifestation is hyperactive liver fire.The pathological location resides mainly in the liver and kidneys,and the therapeutic strategy emphasizes dual intervention from both the liver and kidney,integrating internal medicine with external therapies.This dual-channel,dual-circulation approach aims to dredge meridians and connect the viscera.The treatment principles focus on clearing ministerial fire,nourishing kidney yin to moisten the liver wood,or harmonizing the liver and nourishing blood,and tonifying the kidney to replenish essence.These methods ensure that ministerial fire does not flare recklessly and that the opening-closing mechanism of the liver and kidneys functions properly.Consequently,kidney essence and blood can mutually generate,the uterus receives adequate nourishment,and the Kidney-Tiangui-Chong and Ren-Uterus Axis resumes normal physiological operation.One test case is attached.
