考虑溢出效应的体验品供应链区块链可追溯性策略OA

Blockchain Traceability Strategy of Experiential Supply Chain Considering Spillover Effect

为探究在两个供应商和一个零售商组成的供应链中有、无溢出效应对区块链可追溯性决策的影响,构建了基于消费者支付意愿的Stackelberg博弈模型,对比了有、无溢出效应中有、无区块链4种情形的均衡解.研究结果表明,区块链可追溯性与溢出效应对质量投资激励的影响机制不同;溢出效应与区块链可追溯性存在显著的交互作用,共同作用时会导致激励冲突;零售商对于区块链采纳决策依赖于溢出效应强度、召回成本与消费者可追溯意识;无溢出效应时,零售商应采纳区块链,有溢出效应时,当溢出效应低、召回成本小或消费者可追溯意识强时,零售商应采纳区块链,当溢出效应高、召回成本大或消费者意识弱时,则不应采纳;区块链采纳决策在某些情况下会导致渠道冲突.

The impact of the presence or absence of spillover effects on blockchain tracea-bility decisions in a supply chain consisting of two suppliers and one retailer were investi-gated.A stackelberg game model was developed based on consumer willingness to pay.The equilibrium solutions of the four scenarios with and without blockchain in the situa-tion with and without spillover effects were compared.The results show that quality in-vestment incentives are influenced by blockchain traceability and spillover effects through different mechanisms.Incentive conflicts are caused by a significant interaction between spillover effects and blockchain traceability when both are present.The adoption of block-chain by the retailer is influenced by the intensity of spillover effects,recall cost,and con-sumer traceability awareness.Without spillover effects,blockchain adoption is recommen-ded for the retailer.With spillover effects,blockchain should be adopted when spillover effects are low,recall cost is small,or consumer traceability awareness is strong.It should not be adopted when spillover effects are high,recall cost is large,or consumer awareness is weak.Channel conflicts may be caused by blockchain adoption in certain situ-ations.
