基于"逆流挽舟"法探讨变应性鼻炎防治OA

The article takes the"Rowing Upstream to Rescue the Boat"method proposed by YU Jiayan as its theoretical core.Through tracing the theoretical origin,it reveals the evolution law of the pathogenesis of a llergic rhinitis.It holds that the key to the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis lies in the internal invasion of pathogenic factors,the obstruction of qi movement in the three jiao,and the deficiency of yang qi in the spleen and kidney.Based on this,the"Rowing Upstream to Rescue the Boat"method is adopted as the general treatment principle,and a three-phase sequential treatment system of"opening up the sweat pore to expel pathogenic factors and reach the surface-unblocking the three jiao to regulate qi movement-invigorating the spleen and nourishing the kidney to nourish the primordial essence and consolidate the foundation"is constructed.The goal is to uplift the submerged clear yang and restore the physiological function of the nasal orifices,providing a new idea for the treatment of allergic rhinitis in traditional Chinese medicine.One test case is attached.
