抽拉式粉煤灰干式磁选工艺中试研究OA
Pilot study on the sliding type dry magnetic separation process of fly ash
粉煤灰是煤炭燃烧后产生的废弃物,其来源广泛且产量巨大.粉煤灰中的磁性铁氧化物可以通过磁分离进行有效地回收和再利用.本文研发出一种抽拉式干式磁选机,并搭建了一套处理量为2 t/h的粉煤灰干式磁选中试平台,探究了系统运行关键参数,如卸料间隔、风刀角度和磁棒运动速率等对磁选产物中铁氧化物含量和铁回收率的影响规律.结果表明:当卸料间隔为5 min,风刀角度为24°时,可得到Fe2O3含量最高的磁选产物,达27.21%;经过运行参数调整,铁回收率可达46.49%;磁棒的运动速率从100%降至70%时,铁回收率和产物中Fe2O3含量分别降低7.94和5.86%.本中试试验可为后续工程应用提供理论指导和基础数据.
Fly ash is a waste generated after coal combustion,with a wide range of sources and huge production.Magnetic iron oxides in fly ash can be effectively recovered and reused through magnetic separation.The paper has innovatively developed a pull-out dry magnetic separator and built a pilot platform system for dry magnetic separation of fly ash with a processing capacity of 2 t/h.We investigated the effects of key operating parameters such as discharge interval,wind blade angle,and magnetic rod movement rate on the weight,iron content,and iron recovery rate of the product iron oxide.The results showed that when the unloading interval was 5 minutes and the wind blade angle was 24 °,the highest Fe2O3 content magnetic separation product could be obtained,which was 27.21%;After adjusting the operating parameters,the iron recovery rate can reach 46.49%;When the movement rate of the magnetic rod decreases from 100% to 70%,the iron recovery rate and Fe2O3 content in the product decrease by 7.94% and 5.86%,respectively.This pilot experiment provides theoretical guidance and practical basis for subsequent engineering applications.
