本文提出一种基于多维指标的煤电机组控制回路品质评价方法.首先通过设定值差分编码(I/D/S)策略自动识别有效控制时段,滤除设定值跳变期的干扰数据;其次构建包括有效自控率、准确率、快速率、稳定率、震荡率及综合评分在内的六维评价指标体系,基于ARMA模型拟合系统动态特性,利用单位脉冲响应函数提取指标参数;采用SG滤波联合拉伊达准则进行数据预处理,实现基于DCS历史数据的离线评价.以某电厂630 MW机组20000条DCS历史数据进行验证,结果表明:该方法能够准确识别有效控制时段,有效区分不同控制状态,验证了方法的有效性与工程实用性.

The paper proposes a multi-dimensional indicator-based method for evaluating control loop quality of coal-fired power units.First,an Incremental/Differential/Static(I/D/S)setpoint differential encoding strategy is introduced to automatically identify effective control periods and filter out interference data during setpoint step changes.Second,a six-dimensional evaluation index system is constructed,comprising effective automatic control rate,accuracy rate,rapidity rate,stability rate,oscillation rate,and comprehensive score.Based on ARMA model fitting of system dynamic characteristics,indicator parameters are extracted using the unit impulse response function.Data preprocessing is implemented through Savitzky-Golay(SG)filtering combined with the Pauta criterion,enabling offline evaluation based on DCS historical data.Validation using 20,000 DCS historical data points from a 630MW unit of a certain power plant demonstrates that the proposed method can accurately identify effective control periods,effec-tively distinguish different control states,and verifies the method's effectiveness and engineering practicality.
