Research and application of through-flow efficiency improvement transformation for back-pressure cogeneration unit for district heating

背压式汽轮发电机组具有结构简单、可实现能量梯级利用、效率高等优势,被广泛应用于热电厂.本文以某电厂57MW高温高压背压式汽轮发电机组为例,分析了其投产后存在的启动过程汽缸偏摆、启动时间长、带负荷过程中汽流激振、热效率低、出力未达到设计值等安全性、经济性问题,通过开展汽轮机通流提效改造,上述问题得到解决,保障了汽轮发电机组高效、安全运行.

Back-pressure steam turbine are widely used in thermal power plants due to their advantages of simple structure,achievable cascade energy utilization,and high efficiency.Taking a 57MW high-temperature and high-pressure back-pressure steam turbine generator unit in a certain power plant as an example,in this paper,the safety and economic problems existing after its commissioning are discussed,such as cylinder deflection during the start-up process,long start-up time,steam-flow-induced vibration during the load-carrying process,low thermal efficiency,and output shortfall.Through the implementation of through-flow efficiency improvement transformation of the steam turbine,the above-mentioned problems have been completely solved,ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the steam turbine generator unit.
