陆探一号全极化SAR散射特性分析与地物分类性能评估OA
Scattering Characteristic Analysis and Land Cover Classification Performance Assessment for LuTan-1 Full-polarization SAR
陆探一号(LT-1)全极化合成孔径雷达(SAR)数据为我国自主极化SAR数据在地物分类与散射机理分析方面提供了新的数据基础.本文以吉林中高纬农林复合区与海南热带植被区为研究对象,首次系统分析了LT-1全极化数据的散射机制、极化统计特征及地物区分能力.实验结果表明:LT-1全极化数据在2类典型区域均表现出良好的地物区分能力.结合Fisher判别准则进行特征优选发现:在吉林地区,体散射分量及后向散射绝对强度特征占主导地位;而在环境较破碎的海南地区,极化比值与归一化机制比例参数有效克服了土壤水分干扰,展现出显著的区分价值.在分类性能评估中,吉林地区无监督分类总体精度达到0.785 0,Kappa系数为0.707 1;随机森林监督分类总体精度提升至0.897 3,Kappa系数为0.839 1;海南地区,无监督分类总体精度为0.716 6,Kappa系数为0.613 6;随机森林方法精度提升至0.867 0,Kappa系数为0.790 5.综合分析表明:LT-1全极化数据能够有效表征不同生态区地物的散射机理差异.研究结果为LT-1极化SAR数据在地物分类与资源环境监测中的应用提供了技术依据.
Data from the LuTan-1(LT-1)full-polarization synthetic aperture radar(SAR)provide a new foundation for the land cover classification and scattering mechanism analysis by China's autonomous polarization SAR.Taking the mid-to-high latitude mixed agricultural and forestry region in Jilin and the tropical vegetation region in Hainan as the study objects,this paper presents the first systematic analysis on the scattering mechanisms,polarimetric statistical characteristics,and land cover differentiation capabilities of LT-1 full-polarization data.The experimental results demonstrate that the LT-1 data exhibit an excellent land cover discrimination ability in both typical regions.The feature selection based on the Fisher discriminant criterion reveals that:in the Jilin region,the volume scattering components and absolute backscatter intensity are dominate;in the highly fragmented environment of Hainan,the polarization ratio and normalized mechanism proportion parameters effectively mitigate the soil moisture interference,demonstrating significant discriminative value.In terms of the classification performance,the unsupervised classification in the Jilin region yields an overall accuracy(OA)of 0.785 0 and a Kappa coefficient of 0.707 1,while the random forest(RF)supervised classification improves the OA to 0.897 3 and the Kappa coefficient to 0.839 1.For the Hainan region,the unsupervised classification achieves an OA of 0.716 6 and a Kappa coefficient of 0.613 6,whereas the RF method enhances the OA to 0.867 0 and the Kappa coefficient to 0.790 5.The comprehensive analysis indicates that the LT-1 full-polarization data can effectively characterize the scattering mechanism differences of land cover across different ecological regions.The research results provide a robust technical basis for the application of LT-1 polarization SAR data in land cover classification,as well as resource and environmental monitoring.
