姜黄素及其衍生物在急性髓系白血病治疗中的研究进展OA

Acute myeloid leukemia(AML)is a highly aggressive hematological malignancy.Its complex pathological mechanisms and high recurrence rate pose significant challenges to clinical treatment.Curcumin,a polyphenolic compound derived from the natural plant Curcuma longa,has attracted widespread attention in AML treatment in recent years due to its multi-targeted and multi-mechanistic anticancer properties.This article systematically reviewed the research progress of curcumin and its derivatives in AML,focusing on elaborating their mechanisms of action,including inducing apoptosis,triggering pyroptosis,regulating autophagy,reversing multidrug resistance,inhibiting immune escape,mediating epigenetic regulation,and inducing ferroptosis.Meanwhile,it discussed the synergistic efficacy-enhancing effects of curcumin with traditional chemotherapeutic drugs and the application of its derivatives in improving therapeutic efficacy.Additionally,it analyzes the challenges for clinical translation based on the limitations of current research,emphasizing the necessity of drug combination for sensitization and toxicity reduction,as well as the conduction of large-scale clinical trials.This review aimed to provide a theoretical basis and reference for in-depth research and clinical application of curcumin-related anti-AML therapeutic strategies.
